Referral Campaign Disclaimer
The INK TERMINAL Referral Campaign ("Campaign") is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Eligibility:**
The Campaign is open to all current and previous clients of INK TERMINAL who have received services from us. Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2. **Referral Reward:**
Participants who refer a friend through the methods outlined in the campaign email or promotional material will receive a $20 discount on their next tattoo purchase at INK TERMINAL. The referred friend will also receive a $20 discount on their first tattoo purchase. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. **Validity:**
The referral discount is valid for six months. Extensions or exceptions will not be granted. We might require proof of referral before checking out.
4. **Multiple Referrals:**
Participants may refer multiple friends and receive multiple discounts, but each referred friend can only redeem the discount once.
5. **Abuse of Campaign:**
INK TERMINAL reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke any referral rewards if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
6. **Changes to the Campaign:**
INK TERMINAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice.
7. **Privacy:**
Participant and referred friend information collected during this Campaign will be used solely for the purpose of the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties.
8. **Liability:**
INK TERMINAL is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed referrals, or any other issues that may prevent participants from receiving their rewards.
